Season 2, Episode 20: 2016 Year End Review

Here’s an inside view of my 2016 Year End Review process. These questions have helped me learn to look at the year objectively and ask myself questions that will allow me to move forward into the new year with a sense of clarity and intention.

Here are the steps I follow:

  1. Review journals. Look for themes and patterns. Make a list.
  2. Questions: What worked? What didn’t work? What were my highlights?
  3. What were two favorite moments?
  4. Three things you’re grateful for.
  5. Where have I settled?
  6. What do I want to let go of as we finish 2016?
  7. What intentions do you have for 2017?

I’d love to hear from you.

Do you do a year end review?

Do you ask different questions?

My wish for you is to continue to become who you were created to be, and live the life you desire. Happy New Year, friends!

Season 2, Episode 19: Processing

right where You AreProcessingSeason 2 Episode 19

On this episode, I talk about the power of learning to process. I share examples of how I processed through on my drive home from the Launch Out Conference.

I also talk about my amazing friend, Amy Latta.

I share my example of walking through the thought model and how it differs from positive thinking. It’s a small tweak, but makes a huge difference.

There are a few more days to sign up for my group coaching session starting in August. You can sign up here.

If you’ve picked up a copy of the Right Where You Are Encouragement Journal, THANK YOU! I really appreciate it. When you have a minute, I’d be honored by your honest review on Amazon.

And here’s our sweet new puppy, Steel. :)

Season 2, Episode 18: Cliff Ravenscraft on Transformation

Cliff Ravenscraft, aka The Podcast Answer Man, joins me on the podcast today. We talk about how he built his business by focusing on passion for what he was doing, talent, hundreds of hours of practice, and an economic model.

Not only does he share what has worked for him and thousands of his clients, he also shares honestly about how he had a successful business and was miserable and what he chose to do about it.

Cliff shares what has worked for him to completely change his life and his future. It’s so inspiring! He also shares about his upcoming course, Podcast From A to Z, which starts on August 1st.

What was your biggest takeaway from this episode?
