Season 3, Episode 4: Feeling your Emotions

Today we are talking about feeling our emotions. It’s something that we’re not always great at.

I challenge you to consider what the feelings are that you are feeling instead of turning to what you normally do to numb your feelings.

I’d love to hear your thoughts!

Season 3, Episode 3: Unstuck

On this episode, we talk about how our ego is often trying to protect us by keeping us stuck.  And how important awareness is to get unstuck.

What are you trying to protect yourself from? And how can you take one step towards being unstuck?

Season 3 Episode 2: That Project!

On today’s episode, I share about a project that has been years in the making. When we finally move forward on them, it’s often easy to beat ourselves up for not having finished them earlier. But I want to offer a new way to look at it.

I’d love to hear your feedback on this episode. Share in the comments below or connect with me on Facebook or Twitter.

Season 3 Episode 1: What Do You Want?

Welcome to Season 3, Episode 1!

I can hardly believe that it is already 2017. I’ve been reflecting and processing through many things over the last month, and this episode talks about that.

I ask the question, “What Do You Want?” and talk about how that is such an important first step before taking steps towards what we want in our life.

You can listen to my teaching at The Orchard here.

I’d love to hear from you. Send me an email at tammy@tammyhelfrich.com, or leave a comment below.

If you haven’t done so, would you take 2 minutes and leave an iTunes review? I’d be so appreciative!

Season 2, Episode 20: 2016 Year End Review

Here’s an inside view of my 2016 Year End Review process. These questions have helped me learn to look at the year objectively and ask myself questions that will allow me to move forward into the new year with a sense of clarity and intention.

Here are the steps I follow:

  1. Review journals. Look for themes and patterns. Make a list.
  2. Questions: What worked? What didn’t work? What were my highlights?
  3. What were two favorite moments?
  4. Three things you’re grateful for.
  5. Where have I settled?
  6. What do I want to let go of as we finish 2016?
  7. What intentions do you have for 2017?

I’d love to hear from you.

Do you do a year end review?

Do you ask different questions?

My wish for you is to continue to become who you were created to be, and live the life you desire. Happy New Year, friends!
