On this episode, I talk about how I am looking at my own health differently. I looking at my health in an entirely new light. I’m uncovering deep seeded beliefs that have been holding me back, as well as moving towards understanding myself better.

I’m learning that:

  • I have my own answers
  • Others can help guide me, but they don’t have my answers
  • I am listening to my body
  • I am trusting my inner wisdom
  • I am learning what works for me
  • How my failures in this area are leading me to my own answers
