Season 3, Episode 11: The Enneagram

On today’s episode, we talk about one of my favorite topics of discussion: The Enneagram! If you’re not familiar with it, I highly recommend Ian Cron’s book, The Road Back to You. He also has two amazing podcasts, The Road Back to You, and Typology.

This ancient personality type system called The Enneagram has been incredibly helpful for me as I dive into myself and also learn how others interpret the world. You can take a simple test here that is a good STARTING point. In the show, I talk about how the test is the beginning and then it takes some introspection to be able to understand it better and it requires time to sit with it.
