In Podcast Episodes, Right Where You Are

I’m excited to have Andi Cumbo join me on the podcast today. Andi is a writer, teacher, editor and reader. She is following her dream and working on building her amazing farm, God’s Whisper. You can get a copy of God’s Whisper Manifesto here.

In this episode, we talk about:

  • The story of the creation of God’s Whisper Farm
  • Following your dream is not easy, but people will jump in to help when you ask
  • Reevaluating our connection to money
  • We lie to ourselves when we think we can’t make a difference
  • The only thing we have is now.

Great testimony, Andi. So many things are similar to what I went through. I lost my mom as a teen, married and divorced, had a very supportive dad who helped me get back on my feet, met an awesome guy (my husband now of 10 years!) Began to listen to God’s whispers that got me back on the right track.

Wow, what similarities, Eileen. Aren’t those people who hold us up amazing? Thanks for listening.

It’s amazing when our stories intersect, isn’t it?

awesome, awesome, awesome! andi, i’ve always admired your passion and pursuit of your dream. but hearing you speak of them in your own voice ratchets up my admiration a whole bunch of notches. such powerful stuff to transform yourself these past eight years. well, not really transforming yourself, perhaps. more of a life transformation. redirection? i think you get my gist. 🙂

Thanks, Tim. Yeah, I like to think of these past eight years as the time when God finally made it clear that it was actually okay to be just who I was created to be. It’s pretty awesome.
