LifeChangers – Adopt by Faith
LifeChangers
It’s a series about people like you and me, who decided to do something different.
They decided to change their life, or the lives of others around them.
They are inspiring.
They are making an impact right where they are.
They are passionate.
They are full of life.
And they are willing to share their story.
I had the privilege of meeting today’s LifeChangers earlier this summer. They are friends of friends and I was instantly drawn to their story.
Eric and Elizabeth Stepien feel called to adopt. They already have three children of their own. But God has placed adoption on their hearts, and they are stepping out and adopting by faith. They have incredible hearts and I can’t wait to see how their story unfolds.
Usually, I will interview the LifeChangers and tell their story. However, Eric and Elizabeth have an incredible video that tells their story better than I could ever attempt to.
They have had many people come alongside of them and help towards funding their upcoming adoptions. They also had a very generous donor offer to match up to $6,000 of donations through the end of last week. They were even able to get an extension on that matching deadline until after this post.
Please watch this video and be a part of their amazing journey. I understand that not everyone will feel led to donate. However, please join me in praying for this family and their adoption journey.

I wrote a post the other day about some of my friends who have adopted. One has adopted three girls from China. Another from Haiti. One adopted four children here in the U.S. before having one naturally. Another is fostering two. I love the picture adoption gives us of what God has done for us.
Me too. Adoption is such a beautiful thing.
My heart breaks for all of those children!
I know. Me too.
I’ve been impacted by our story of adoption – continually God moves and shows me His heart for us + our future child even when everything else seems to look like it’s falling apart.
Will be praying for you.
